Personalized Items:
Because personalized items are made just for you, they are not eligible for return. However, I’m happy to offer an exchange if there is a valid issue, such as an error, defect, or mistake with the item. Please reach out as soon as possible if something is not right.
Non-Personalized Items:
Non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
